SOLD FOR $1.955 MILLION: LANDMARK BULLARD BUILDING IN FRAMINGHAM CENTER
Mixed-Use 30,929 Square Feet

January 2008— FRAMINGHAM, MASS. (Issued JANUARY 2008) -- The landmark Bullard Building in Framingham Center at the intersection of Irving and Waverly Streets (Rtes. 126 and 135 – located at 400-402 Waverly St. and 2-22 Irving St.) has been sold.

The buyer is Plousia LLC. The seller is Waverly & Hollis Realty Trust. Making the announcement was Frank O’Neill, exclusive broker with The Grossman Companies, Inc., of Quincy, who handled sale negotiations.

The mixed-use 30,929 square-foot building is home to several long-time tenants including two law offices, Eye Deal Optiks, Copacabana Grill, Hispano American Records, D & R Family Discount Dollar Store, First Home Mortgage, H & R Block, WDV Logistics Corp., an import-export company, and SOS Ingles, a language school. Office space is available on the second floor.

The location offers high visibility and traffic counts and is opposite the T train station and near public parking.
