H & R BLOCK IS FIRST TENANT
AT MARKETPLACE ON MORRISSEY
Leases 1,200 SF at Grossman Cos.’ New Retail Plaza in Neponset / Boston
October 2008— BOSTON, MASS. (Issued October 2008) – The country’s leading tax preparation and business consulting firm, H & R Block, is the first tenant to lease space at the new MARKETPLACE ON MORRISSEY, just off the Southeast Expressway (Rte. 3/93) at 960 Morrissey Boulevard in Boston’s Neponset neighborhood.
Making the announcement was Grossman Cos.’ Director of Brokerage Services and Exclusive Broker for the property Richard McKinnon who represented the landlord in the 1,200 SF lease transaction. Remaining retail units are ready for occupancy.
