OPEN DOORS POWER YOGA LEASES IN HINGHAM
QUINCY, MASS. (Issued January 2010) – Open Doors Power Yoga Studio, Inc. has leased 1,600 square feet for the company’s 12th Greater Boston location at Lincoln Plaza / Rte. 3A in Hingham (Mass.).
Richard McKinnon, Director of Brokerage Services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., of Quincy, represented the Tenant, and Brian Curtis of CurtLo LLC represented the Landlord.
Open Doors Power Yoga Studio owner Richard Lanza says, “The Hingham location is perfect, situated off a major roadway with high visibility. It has been a pleasure to work with Richard McKinnon who negotiated a lease that works for our budget and needs. We’ll continue to work with him as our business continues to expand.”
Lanza has been involved in branches of yoga and forms of holistic health for over 35 years.
