O’NEILL OF GROSSMAN COS. LEASES TO I.R.E.M. AT 50 REDFIELD ST.
QUINCY, MASS. (Issued March 2010) – The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has leased 1,000 square feet at 50 Redfield Street in the Neponset section of Boston for the trade group’s Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 offices.
Frank O’Neill, Broker with The Grossman Companies, Inc., of Quincy, is Exclusive Agent for the property and represented both IREM and the Landlord, PF Redfield LLC, in lease negotiations. IREM is relocating from downtown Quincy.
Kelley Hannon, IREM Chapter Administrator, says, “We chose the site because of the quality of the building and its excellent location that is easily accessible by our members.”
