McKINNON OF GROSSMAN COS. RENEWS 4,738 SF LEASE FOR BANK OF AMERICA AT BRAINTREE EXECUTIVE PARK
BRAINTREE, MASS. (Issued January 2010) – Bank of America has renewed its lease for 4,738 square feet of first-class office space at Braintree Executive Park, 150 Grossman Drive in Braintree (Mass.)
The announcement was made by Richard McKinnon, Director of Brokerage Services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., of Quincy who represented the Landlord, Braintree Executive Park LLC, in lease negotiations. Bank of America was represented by Tom Hanson of CB Richard Ellis.
Braintree Executive Park consists of two Class A mirror-twin office buildings at 100 and 150 Grossman Drive just off Route 3 at Union Street. The property provides excellent highway access and visibility, within walking distance of public transportation.
Among other long-time Braintree Executive Park tenants are Quadgraphics, Rockland Trust Co., Tremont Federal Credit Union, Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, Strategic Staffing Solutions, and Manpower International, to name a few.
McKinnon says there are several first-class office suites available for lease in the buildings from 1,600 – 20,000 square feet.
